By accessing or using Reelora.AI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.

• You must be 13 years or older (or the legal age in your country) to access the platform.
• Children under 18 must have parental consent to create an account.
• You are responsible for providing accurate account information and securing your login credentials.

• AI-driven video generation, editing, publishing, and scheduling for platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
• Automation features: batch processing, AI voiceovers, subtitles, B-roll insertion, and API access (PHP, JS, Python, etc.).
• Integrations: OAuth log-ins and content publishing via TikTok, Google, Stripe, and Cashfree.

You agree not to:

• Misuse platform services (e.g. hacking, spamming, scraping).
• Upload content infringing third-party rights (copyright, trademark).
• Create frames or otherwise visually manipulate Reelora.ai pages without permission.
• Reverse-engineer or create unauthorized derivative services.

• Your Content includes videos, prompts, scripts, media uploads.
• You retain ownership of Your Content.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, modify, publish, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and enhance the service, enforce legal rights, or comply with law.

• All rights to Reelora.AI tech, designs, and branding belong to us or our licensors.
• You may not use any trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written permission.

• Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Payments processed via Stripe and/or Cashfree: we do not store full card data.
• No refunds after video generation begins (due to processing costs).
• You may cancel anytime; access remains until the prepaid period ends.

• Integrations with Google API, TikTok Developer, Stripe, and Cashfree are subject to each provider’s policies.
• You authorize us to access and publish on your behalf through these integrations.
• You can revoke access via provider settings anytime.

• Reelora.AI is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Use of the platform is at your own risk.

• Except where prohibited by law, Reelora.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to defend and indemnify Reelora.AI and our agents against any claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

• We may update these Terms occasionally.
• The updated version will include a new “Last updated” date.
• Substantial changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or legal obligations.
• Upon termination, your access ends, though we may retain backups for legal compliance.
